Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Methods

Domestic (within Australia)

Standard delivery:
Metro areas: allow 3–5 business days
Rural areas: allow 7–10 business days
$9.95 flat rate

Express delivery:
Metro areas: allow 1–3 business days
Rural areas: allow 3–5 business days
$12.95 flat rate

International (outside Australia)

Destinations: Worldwide* (including New Zealand, United States, Canada, and selected parts of Asia)

Delivery times and costs vary by location. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the receiver. For details on applicable duties and import regulations, contact your local customs office.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement. This excludes weekends, public holidays, and rare unforeseen delays, which will be communicated by email.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an ordered item is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the item becomes available. This will be noted in your confirmation email, and dispatch will be delayed accordingly.

Change of Address

If you change your address directly with Australia Post after placing an order, YUNG BOD is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels. Please confirm your shipping details are correct before completing checkout.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours.

Additional Information

YUNG BOD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All orders must be placed in English. Once your order is submitted, YUNG BOD cannot cancel or modify it.
