Refund policy

We’re sorry you don’t love our products as much as we do. Unfortunately, YUNG BOD does not offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns on any products purchased – this includes “change of mind” – due to health regulations and hygiene reasons. A refund is only accepted if a product is incorrect or faulty.

Faulty products

In the unlikely event that you have received incorrect or faulty items, send an email to gday@yungbod.com and include your order information in the subject line. Provide details including photos and proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. YUNG BOD does not take responsibility for the costs of returning items.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, YUNG BOD will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and provide instructions accordingly. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days from approval.

Changing or cancelling your order

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes.

Missing items

We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you – it’s equally important to us. We do everything possible to ship and deliver your order promptly and safely.

Allergic reaction

In the rare instance you experience an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use immediately. Allergy-related returns must be less than 20 % used upon arrival back with us. You may choose a store credit or refund. Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
